Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We currently run about 60 projects through Procore. The main use is drawing distribution and forms. It helps us get away from the paper world and more digital. We are a fire protection contractor and use the forms tool for test reports, work orders, change orders, etc. It allows us to have the field installers fill out the forms and send them directly to their project manager. This eliminates the need for us to get the paperwork to them, they complete it, and then have to bring it back to the office.

  • Directory
  • Functionality in the forms has room for improvment
  • Should be able to email forms to users that are not on procore
  • Saved time
  • More efficient
We have not integrated any third party software.
We do not use the daily logs feature.
The drawings feature that Procore offers is better with the sheet scanning and recognition. The Procore mobile app is a lot more user-friendly than Bluebeam. The form and document distribution is a lot better in Bluebeam.
I feel like there are a lot of functions that are a little short sighted. The technology is there for some features, either they are overlooked or just not implemented. If there was the option to email completed forms to people that are not on Procore, that would be a huge advantage. For instance we would like the ability to email our completed test form directly to the local fire inspector. Instead we have to download it and email separately, thus creating an extra step.
