Overall Satisfaction with Procore

I am currently using Procore to manage the design, manufacture and installation of systems mainly used in the food an beverage industry to process their products.
  • Communicate with sub contractors
  • Upload drawings for customer review
  • The notification system is not efficient.
  • It needs to be easier to alert others to changes.
  • Saved time during plan review
  • Saved time during RFI/Punchlist
We haven't integrated anything. We would like to integrate Microsoft Project and some budgeting software in the future.
The daily log feature allows us to keep everything in one place and have it be searchable. That has been the largest benefit from doing the logs in Procore.
I think that us using Procore makes sub contractors prefer to work with us. We are able to share information, answer questions and generate reports in real time.
Procore is easier to roll out to new team members and it is easier to assign an access profile.
Procore works well when there is a small amount of sub contractors. When there are a lot of sub contractors it becomes difficult to manage the alerts and notifications.
