Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore to manage the documents for our different projects. It helps us to stay organized and keep track of various items such as contracts, quotes, and the schedule. Procore helps us to keep all of our photos in the same spot. We can refer back to them to find problems that we may have missed.

We have been able to integrate Microsoft project into Procore. I can create my schedule on Microsoft Project and upload it to Procore. Anyone who navigates to the [scheduling] tool in Procore can see the schedule. If I edit the schedule in Microsoft Project it automatically updates in Procore when I hit the save button.
Procore reminds me of items that I need in my daily log whereas I might forget to add observations or an inspection for that day. I have been able to complete daily logs quickly and I have all the tools I need either on the computer or on my mobile device.
I believe that talented staff members want organization and structure. Procore is a great way to keep everything organized and structured. Everyone is able to get on and look at different documents that have been uploaded and will receive answers to their questions that they may have had to call someone else about.
The only other program I have used to keep everything organized is Microsoft Excel. I can't say that I really have much experience with other programs. I like that I can save different excel sheets into Procore documents and still be able to access them the same way I would normally.
