Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

We use Prophix for budgeting and monthly board and management reporting. We have a financial reporting and a personnel cube currently created and transiting to a fixed asset cube.

Yes, the line item detail it let's managers put in, is very helpful to go back and explain variances. The downfall is it does not export back out to excel very nicely.

I would highly recommend for reporting and budgeting based on how robust your monthly financial reports are. There is a learning curve on how to use Prophix, but it is basic. The dashboards are great for things being up to date and at your fingertips.
