Overall Satisfaction with Qubit
We use Qubit for personalisation and multivariate testing in the e-commerce and IT departments. We aim to improve custom experience and UI for our users by using Qubit.
- Support is very responsive and timely.
- Their software allows for DIY approach or a managed solution.
- Great people geared towards helping the business.
- Software is perhaps a little behind the curve compared to other solutions.
- Strategic consultation could be more regular.
- Account managers could be more proactive.
Qubit was already in place when I joined the company, however I understand that the managed solution and consultation played a big part in the decision.
