Lovin' me some Quick Base
Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base
We regularly roll out technology to over 500 sites. We have to communicate with those sites and get input from them. This used to be a manual process - we would send a paper survey, they would fill it in by hand and fax it back and then we would try to decipher their handwriting and input it into Excel. Extremely painful and time-consuming. With Quick Base, we click a button to send a communication to the sites and get instant feedback from them.
We started using Quick Base in our department, but our AVP is so excited about it, he is showing it off to everyone! More are more departments are coming on board.

Pros
- I'm not a programmer, but I can create apps that do a lot of the drudge work. This frees up time for the important stuff.
- Quick Base is always adding new features and ways to automate our tasks.
- Support for Quick Base is awesome. We have a dedicated person that helps us build our apps in the most effective way.
Cons
- I'd like to see some admin reporting notifications that show all activity in terms of new apps and new users
