Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

It is being used by the entire company and it is a contact management and project management program.

Pros

  • Quickbase allowed us to convert a custom database to a user-friendly online solution.
  • It is easy for a lay person to create, add and edit records.
  • It is readily accessible online from anywhere.
  • It is designed to allow you to create new apps if needed.

Cons

  • There is some link functionality that was available in custom built databases that are limited here.
Quickbase was more affordable than custom designed solutions and the conversion was accomplished in a reasonable period of time and most functions are the same or better that the prior version.
Quickbase can be customized, is online and is user friendly.

If you have a detailed program to convert to quickbase you will need to make sure all functionality can be converted and still be user-friendly.
