Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

QuickBase is used in our division. I use it for daily calendars, tracking metrics, analyzing problems, incident management, project management, monitoring systems and reporting. It allows us to quickly customize databases and track various work processes and procedures. It serves as a one-stop place for storing documents and allowing team members to access everything.

Whereas developing a database and offshoot reporting would have taken weeks or months before, we can now develop one in a day if needed. We can utilize templates and customize as we see fit. QuickBase is the go-to application when we need speed and agility in connecting people and data together.
I don't have a developer background, but I am able to build QuickBase applications. For specific problems in that process, customer support is very helpful and responds in a timely manner to questions. online database help is also a great resource and it's nice to be able to ask the community for tips.

I inherited a QuckBase from an individual who left the company. I was able to easily maintain and update it. I did require some further assistance when it came to formulas, etc., but with customer support and a manual, I was able to tackle that as well. Overall a great experience.
Well suited for tracking issues and teams spread across the world, since it is cloud based. It also works well for automatic notifications. Security wise, it cannot currently handle an SFPT connection, so we are unable to use it as a solution for items that fall under specific security guidelines.
