Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
We use Quickbase as a sales & project management CRM. It's a great tool for tracking appointments, deal progress, and staying organized. Our business is in the consumer services and energy industry so tracking lead flow is of utmost importance and quick base has been a good help in doing this.

Our ops team is able to use quick base to update project status so all involved parties can see where a job is at
We work fully remote and being able to stay in the loop has been crucial in recent years, we can all work on one project and see exactly what is happening at any time
Our projects have 20-30 steps that must be checked off. Quickbase allows us to see what is done, and have individuals check off what they have done so we always have an up to date scope of remaining work.
