Quickbase is very easy to change on the fly. If we have a couple of projects that require some specific details, we can either add options to the existing process and fields or add the new fields within 5 minutes (depending on the request). Even making new reports to highlight a certain aspect of our operations can be done extremely quickly without waiting for IT or the software itself to implement a solution.

Scope creep has always been around and it always will be. Quickbase is very modular and it is really easy to add and remove components without disrupting the entire workflow. Now that our team is remote, it offers a central location to communicate the progress of our projects.

As Quickbase is coming up with new versions we're able to solve complex real time problems. Some limitations can be filled up by few lines of codes pages and jinja query. Pipelines with jinja query can solve all the type of complex problems. Even now a days they are bringing up different functionalities in the formula which is making it more effective to use and solve problems.

Quickbase has given us the tools to be able to add or modify ways to capture data as it becomes necessary. As a business manager, I may start getting questions from my leadership in a certain area so I am able to build the answers into Quickbase so we can capture that data going forward and answer questions easily with a custom report. I also create my own reports within Quickbase which is helpful to pull any combination of data that is already captured.

We were already utilizing QuickBase pre-COVID, so thankfully by having the majority of our applications already in-production and being used by the company helped create a nearly seamless transfer when we went from a majority office presence over to the entire workforce becoming WFH in a very, very short amount of time. Now that the pandemic is officially over, it's allowed our users to continue using QB, regardless of where they're physically located. It's been a pivotal product to help our US operations continue to accurately manage clients needs with employees throughout the US as well as an India-based workforce that was recently created (within the last three years).

QB is a cloud-based PaaS platform that helps turn around applications faster. We can build application while discussing requirements with a customer, make changes as per amendments, as well as build a framework of dashboards, access and permissions, reports, workflows around these changes to help an end-user see the value coming to life in real-time. Receiving notifications, alerts, reminders all add up to the dynamic requirements and fastens the response time.

We work primarily on-site. It does allow executives to monitor financials inside of Quickbase rather than our accounting software on our local server. However, our employees are generally working "on-site."

Because the forms are so easy to update, whenever project needs change or we get updated criteria, Administrators can go in to update the form to make sure we're capturing the needs.

Quickbase APIs are easy to understand, and there is no complexity involved in using these APIs quickbase.developer.com, which has its own console to test the things before we do in applications, is a great thing that I have ever seen, has impacted many collaborations to work seamlessly and it's a great thing to achieve something that we cant achieve only with Quickbase.

Quickbase allows you to manipulate data in a hyper-custom way. This has helped us reduce turnaround time across departments.

Quickbase changes the Software Development Cycle process significantly. Prior to Quickbase avoiding Scope Creep was a goal for all forms of software development. Now that we're utilizing a Low Code / No Code platform, Scope Creep is actually a welcome thing because it takes so much less time to develop a usable product for the end user. We are able to iterate over and over again live which helps us get to the best end result when developing an application. This is extremely helpful in the live environment because it makes it easier to test solutions using a web based tool rather than sending an excel file back and forth via email or even using a live SharePoint file.

Often times I've found that I get a very broad description of a process or goal and I create it as best as I can. From there, I run it by others to then get their input. More times than not, there is some tweaking or adding to be done from here. Before you know it, the process is off and running full steam ahead with maybe only a tweak here and there. If you can map the process in your head, you can create a streamlined workflow in Quickbase.

With the automation provided by Quickbooks at each level, it is very simple and straightforward to adjust to the dynamic project management changes. With the easiness and the improved level of collaboration that Quickbook offers, hybrid work is that much more efficient. The dynamic dashboards are very much impressive and useful in this scenario.

Quickbase allows us to work with dynamically changing project needs and requirements, providing a platform for change management on projects with multiple phases.

With the way Quickbase is constructed and the rapid development cycle, you can typically pivot or even scrap an idea and start over relatively quickly. As project needs change and new requirements are discovered, competent builders can turn around a production level application in < 8 hours so long as its still well planned out and designed properly. This type of turnaround can typically help in a hybrid setting where teams are shifting or processes are constantly shifting, allowing these teams to make simple adjustments to existing apps and extend / alter existing functionality or simply spin up and create new applications to meet new or changed requirements.

With the use of Quickbase we are able to work for dynamically changing project needs and requirement. Quickbase provides the automation tool which helped us to automate some of the tasks which reduced the manual process there by errors and faults reduced and a lot of time saved in minimizing the errors. With this tool we can easily reallocate the resources.

We use it as a very simple data base. I am looking to improve our data base to become more modern tech. and user friendly

Quickbase is a web-based platform that lets our users access it from anywhere! Our office staff, field staff and remote staff all can access the same data at the same time. There is no software to install, so hybrid work is definitely supported!

With the ability to quickly change a current application, process, or user permissions, we can adapt to dynamically changing projects and processes. With it being cloud-based, both onsite and remote workers can access live accurate data.

Quickbase has allowed us to track changes and to prioritize and align projects with the business resources available at the time. As people moved to hybrid work, things didn't miss a beat because of the platform, everything was still visible and available to everyone to see what's happening and when.
