For CRM data management it really helped us achieve significant improvement to read and understand data better, which areas/market/prospects should we focus or not

Our projects are complex because each one can be very different from the next and require high flexibility while still maintaining standards and consistency between terms and processes. We have utilized this by having preset selections and the option to add your own text in a separate field. This will then get processed through a formula that can combine the two fields, and if we notice that an option is consistently being entered manually, we can add it to the preset options and inform the team of the change.

Our projects have many moving parts, we use pipelines and formula buttons to trigger the different stages of our projects. Quickbase has made it easy to communicate with dozens of people in a "Need to know" fashion so that people aren't swamped with notifications they don't need.

its a low-code, no-code platform so its very easy to use and implement the application. It makes complex program as easier. With the help of Quickbase features we can manage and handle sensitive data by managing the roles.

Our contract is in charge of communications infrastructure at three air force bases (AFB) in the U.S. The capabilities were expected to aid the work of over 24,000 military personnel at the AFBs. These bases are separated across the U.S. and have their own teams that work at each location as well as program management folks that work remotely. Sharing data across time zones and levels brings it's own challenges but Quickbase has helped us level that playing field by being able to capture all data at all levels and then only displaying what data is useful for the user. It has really helped simplify our process in having all of our data in one place and that the data is easily accessible.

We have a vast array of customers, all of which use many of their own unique systems to get their jobs done. QuickBase is able to take all those very unique projects and help us to track them in a "one shop spot". It also allows us to take our very own internal complex workflows and keep better tabs on each one. The largest advantage we've recently noticed was the ability to have dashboards that can source their data from more than one app, making it simpler for our project management teams to see overall figures, rather than being stuck with a siloed view of only data from the same application the dashboard was built within.

One of our recent projects has the following volumetric:
45000 users,
1.2 million transactions per month,
500+ concurrent users,
3 time zone coverage,
Real-time Tableau reporting etc.

The sheer volume and requirements make the application complex.

We're using the multi-application architecture to segregate between daily transaction based features and reporting capabilities to divide the concurrent usage and traffic on one application. We've taken multiple measures to keep a high performance of the applications along with guidance and support from QB team as well.

We are an Electrical Contractor, and so we deal with manpower, and material logistics. We also have a growing Prefabrication and Modular Groups. So, I have developed financial and manpower projections into Quickbase.

We have built a project management tool that allows us to easily manage complex projects. Our projects require that we get signoff from business owners before we can update a web page, that we go to other audiences to ask how our update may affect their audience, that we attach any email documentation we may get related to a project, that we generate email confirmations to those involved in a project and that we route projects from an intake department over to a writing department. We're able to accomplish this easily through our project management tool.

Designing part is always a challenging thing, but once clients are able to understand the workflow, it's easier.

Yes we have achieved this kind of complex application by using the native quickbase functionalities like Pipelines

Our projects are often complex because there are several stakeholders that are usually involved and need to be able to provide their inputs. Quickbase helps us to manage these complex projects by providing everyone with the visibility they need throughout the development cycle. We have certainly achieved this benefit by using Quickbase, but we are in the middle of our journey, so there is still quite a bit more that we can improve upon.

Our projects are often all in different stages and require involvement from all over the company. By being able to assign tasks, date them, notify personnel, and visualize progress, we are able to juggle many projects efficiently. Almost always as one problem is solved, another arises; Quickbase has been involved in fixing or mitigating almost every problem that I've come across in the last year.

A lot of the complexity for our projects revolves around the lack of overall visibility among the relevant stakeholders. With the help of Quickbooks, we can easily create low code internal applications which helps us create a better visibility of tasks and projects. The centralized repository that Quickbook offers is also very much helpful in saving a lot of time and effort for us.

Precisely, projects are complex based on the hierarchy of organization and level of user authorization. It provides an easy-to-understand system. for handling and managing our complex projects. It's easy to find features that are available in the system. It is also a stable platform that allows us to have minimal downtime.

The most complex projects that has a complex set of rules and or complicated approval/review cycles. These types of applications become difficult in a more traditional setting in that rules and restrictions for some types of data and date entry get coded in behind the scenes and become inflexible/hard to update and difficult to communicate. Same goes for approvals where its not clear when it might be needed or the process for when it is or isn't there. Quickbase helps make these types of processes remain both flexible and easy to code using simple language where you can easily adapt change the underlying rules conditions without much effort.

We undertake multiple projects on various reasons. Resource allocation becomes a crucial part of the project. But using the Quickbase it is became very easy. Quickbase become a valuable software for these kind of challenges we face in our projects. Also data manging become so easy using this tool. We can easily collect, analyze the complex data.

I haven't used Quickbase for any complex projects as of yet but I am trying to learn how to improve our app

Going solar is complex. From a construction perspective, we've built workflows for each "Job Phase." This includes tracking funding, assessing properties, managing designs, permits, scheduling installations and inspections, and getting systems energized! Along the way, there can be bumps, which we track through our task system. Quickbase has allowed us to build these workflows specific to our business needs. When certain data changes, we trigger automation, that move the Job into the next appropriate phase and notifying the appropriate Team Members. This includes our Customers! We take care to hide the complexity away, to let our Team focus on their Job and keep Customers happy and in the loop.

This is not a core feature, but we would say that we leverage it in Quickbase.

We manage multiple large projects resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars of spend. We leverage Quickbase to manage the cost of the projects and the ancillary project tasks associated with the project. For scheduling, we use another means for using a task manager and Gantt chart functionality because what Quickbase offers is outdated and not as intuitive as other offerings.

Our project milestone has not hit the stage of complexity yet. Only been using it for 2 months

We are better able to use the program to track quick work orders. Projects can also be maintained, but our usage has definitely benefited our reactive vs planned projects.

Our projects are necessarily complex but they are specific. QuickBase allows us to model our specific process and projects to make the tooling more accessible to the internal users.
