Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online to create tuition invoices for parents, to records payments, and to reconcile checking accounts and credit card accounts.
  • Easy to create invoices, especially when using the multiple invoices feature.
  • User-friendly.
  • East to create financial reports.
  • It would be nice to have better customization of automatic email replies for things like payment receipts and payment reminders.
  • I would like a testing feature for customer correspondence, like being able to see what an automated payment reminder would look like to my customers before I set one up and implement it.
  • Our customers like having invoices and payment receipts emailed to them. It helps them with their own personal records.
  • We have reduced the number of overdue invoices simply by sending out payment reminders to customers each month.
  • Our Finance Committee loves the PNL reports that we give them from QuickBooks reporting tools.

I was able to train myself on QuickBooks using online tutorials and other resources online. I am able to access QuickBooks anywhere with an internet connection. I am able to generate a report at any time for my director or the finance committee.
It may take a minute on hold to get to a representative, but once you are on the phone with them, they stick with you until your issue is taken care of. Every customer service representative I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
QuickBooks has been so user-friendly for our business. I have been able to easily find training videos and answers to questions online. We took our company from manual paper billing and records to online in a matter of months using QuickBooks online. As a result, we have a better handle on what invoices are overdue, who owes what, and we have an easily accessible overview of our finances at all times.
