QuickBooks Pro is used across the whole organization. It provides us with monthly profit and loss statements, monthly balance sheets, accounts receivable, and reconciled bank account balances.
- Maintains accurate and timely financial reporting, imports account information particularly well from bank websites
- Easy to use
- Easy to set up new companies
- Handles multicurrency very easily and accurately
- Customer service is terrible
- Getting through to Intuit and getting to a person that will help you and care about your situation is difficult
- The attitude of the customer service folks I have spoken to is demeaning and proud
- Timeliness in obtaining accurate financial reporting
