Easy for non accountants to grasp
Easy to spot and correct errors

Inventory function is weak
Ease of use is a double edged sword in that it's easy to make errors.
Doesn't have a real debit credit methodology to it

Good Customer Service
Able to tell where I am or where clients are financially with just a few clicks

Alternatives Considered

None recently - Peachtree several years ago and QuickBooks is the hands down favorite.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think QuickBooks Pro is well suited for service businesses but inventory intensive businesses may be left unfulfilled.
