Overall Satisfaction with Quixy

After all the research on no-code platforms our organization has shortlisted Quixy to automate several business processes at our organization. Quixy is widely being used across all the support functions such as Business Development, HR, IT Support and Finance. Quixy helped us in eliminating paper based and telephone based processes. Within Business Development, apps such as EMD requisition, tender evaluation, vendor management, pre-bid response have been developed to eliminate manual process. Quixy has helped us developing an app to make the information available to the team at a click of a button.

Pros

  • Document Generator - This has helped us in evaluating our tenders quickly. We automated this workflow to our interest where the evaluation team can feed in with the information and a document is automatically generated with complete details to help the management easily understand the tender requirement.
  • Reports and Dashboard - Helped the team and management know the status of the bids submitted and the submissions which are in progress.
  • Integration with Whatsapp: Quixy has been integrated with whatsapp to keep the team members updated regarding the latest developments on any opportunities.
