Overall Satisfaction with Recruit CRM
Recruit CRM is the cornerstone of our business model. We are a direct placement agency with a fully-remote workforce. Being able to work in tandem between departments and among the staff so that we are all moving in the same direction at the same time requires a program that combines new business development and relationship management with candidate tracking. Using Recruit RCM, we are able to manage every member of our team as they perform their duties and tasks necessary at each step of the process.

- Customer Service. Hands down the best company I have ever worked with
- User Interface is intuitive, attractive, simple, robust
- Calendars are only linear, not set up to view by day, week, month
- Ability to forecast with weighted results
