Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our org. implemented Rippling to help switch us over to being a paperless company. Rippling has streamlined our onboarding process to save us hours of time with each new hire. The biggest issue that Rippling has addressed for us is our benefits Open Enrollment. This used to be an extremely difficult and tedious task but now allows us to complete it in a much shorter time frame with no mistakes. We are able to just pull the enrollment report and upload to our insurance broker. Another issue that this has addressed for us is Reporting. Rippling's reporting function has to be my favorite part of their software. You are able to build your own report with any information you need to suit your needs.

Paycor

Rippling has all the features of Paycor, if not more, and the price is unbeatable compared to Paycor. The support I received while getting us onboarded and implemented was very impressive! We had someone to help us through the entire process and we were able to organize employee documents better than we ever could of on paper. The ease of running open enrollment was also a huge reason we selected Rippling.

Support Rating

The support during our implementation was just fantastic. I could not say enough great things about Ramon, the gentlemen that assisted us in the selection process. He was very patient and answered all of our questions without having that pushy sales guy feel. The live chat feature is also a life saver for those last minute payroll questions. Their support team is rather knowledgeable and helpful.

Usability

Rippling is extremely user friendly. Our employees love that their onboarding process is guided from start to finish. It is easy for them to make benefit selections, enter direct deposit information, and review onboarding documents. They like that they have full visibility of PTO, payroll, and their benefits at anytime.

Likelihood to Recommend

Rippling is perfect for companies looking to streamline HR processes and maintain an employee's lifecycle. I highly recommend Rippling for companies that need customizable reports that they can build to suit their needs. Until Rippling adjusts their pricing structure for apps, Rippling may not be the best option financially for consulting companies.

The Employee Home is also a great feature that keeps everyone on the updated on birthday, anniversaries, quick links, etc.
