Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used across the whole organization. We use it currently for benefits management and enrollment. It was very simple and easy to use. It provided good summaries of the benefits package and is clean and professional in its presentation. I would recommend Rippling to anyone who is considering a service for managing any of your HR needs.

  • When signing up for multiple benefits, if you want to navigate away from the benefit you are currently working on to edit a different one, you have to press the back button or forward button a bunch of times. It would be helpful to have a benefit navigation pane that allows you to quickly move from benefit to benefit.
  • Not applicable. Just use this for managing the benefits package
I have not had the opportunity to experience the support provided by Rippling. Haven't needed it yet.
