Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In my company (Spekit), we use Rippling to track time cards, request PTO and manage payroll/paystubs. We also use the tool as a way of communicating the full scope of our teams and leadership structures within the organization. As we all know, the ability to correctly track hours and pay employees in a timely manner is the most important Therefore, Rippling helps us solve a mission-critical problem by offering a tool that is user friendly.

  • It is simple for team members to own they're own schedules

I've enjoyed my experience with Rippling significantly more than Paylocity primarily due to its ease of use. Rippling has an app that is more functional and a web platform that is more intuitive than anything I experienced with Paylocity. It was challenging at times to figure out how to do simple tasks with the previous tool.
I've yet to need support from the Rippling team. Due to the nature of my role in the organization, if I had a question of this nature I would seek support from my HR director who would then communicate with Rippling. That being said, the platform is very user-friendly.

As I said before, I have been very pleased with my experience utilizing Rippling. This tool is easy for anyone to learn how to use.
Great for a use case where you need to effectively communicate pay and PTO with a system that is intuitive for team members with any level of experience. Also, there is little friction when trying to integrate new team members into the system. If you have employees that are primarily remote this tool is particularly suited for you.
