Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
In my company (Spekit), we use Rippling to track time cards, request PTO and manage payroll/paystubs. We also use the tool as a way of communicating the full scope of our teams and leadership structures within the organization. As we all know, the ability to correctly track hours and pay employees in a timely manner is the most important Therefore, Rippling helps us solve a mission-critical problem by offering a tool that is user friendly.

I've enjoyed my experience with Rippling significantly more than Paylocity primarily due to its ease of use. Rippling has an app that is more functional and a web platform that is more intuitive than anything I experienced with Paylocity. It was challenging at times to figure out how to do simple tasks with the previous tool.
