Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I used Rippling for my employee onboarding, daily time sheet tracking, learning management modules, and tracking PTO. It is such an easy to use, simple, and helpful platform. It doesn't burden you with complex features and unnecessary elements. It is streamlined, intuitive, and clear. I can easily figure out where the information is that I need. I find it extremely valuable that Rippling can integrate everything I need in one place, so I don't have to go on multiple sites to get tasks done. I don't feel stressed doing HR or onboarding related tasks because the experience is so smooth.

- Organizes content in easy to follow apps
- Provides enough background information to get tasks done without being too bulky or overwhelming of a website
- App icons look a little bit old-school. Could freshen up or make more modern.
- Make it possible to run a small company without heavy HR burden
