Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for payroll management, benefits management, and time off management. Rippling user interface makes it super easy to navigate and find what you're looking for, as well as make elections, updates and changes and get the status of your account. I found the platform a joy to use and setup as part of my onboarding and it allowed me to get up and running within the organization in less than an hour.

Rippling is a league above ADP Workforce Now. From a user experience and end user perspective it is superior in almost every way. The Rippling experience feels modern and friendly, while ADP feels very old and enterprise-like. Rippling made it easy to pick up the workflow across multiple sessions, while ADP almost always has your starting from scratch. Finally, the responsiveness of Rippling was much superior to the generally slow and cumbersome experience of using ADP.
