Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for most of our HR processes. The move to Rippling solved HR, Managers, and Employees having to log in to different tools or having to "double enter" in different systems. It is also very user-friendly so little education and training was needed when we made the move 3 years ago. Payroll is a breeze compared to other systems we used in the past. Rippling also sends reminders and prompts when action needs to be taken, giving piece of mind for some compliance issues.

Online support articles are good, but it can at times be difficult to find the correct one. Support staff are friendly and there is both an email and chat option. Wait time on chat is usually short. My only concern is that when I have a complicated issue (which is usually when I need help) they sometimes needs to escalate to a specific department, and then it can take a week or so to receive a response.

Rippling is extremely user-friendly and intuitive compared to other systems. It is one of those systems you can "click around" and figure things out by yourself if you don't know already exactly where to go. When we started using Rippling it was pretty basic but they keep adding features constantly, and they also integrate well with other systems when needed.
Rippling is adding functionality constantly (for example they fairly recently included pay-ranges and global hiring), however I would still say that it is best suited for companies in the 1-300 people range, it is not built to be a tool for enterprises with thousands of employees.
