We use Rippling for all matters HR. I was by no means an expert in the HR/Admin ops and Rippling has helped navigate the intricacies without issues. It is an awesome platform and tool.

- One RM would be good to have one human assigned to your account
- Slack support channel
- Other Reminder channels different than email
- Allows me to focus on Value Add
- Allows me to learn about HR/Admin specs in an easy way
