Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for all matters HR. I was by no means an expert in the HR/Admin ops and Rippling has helped navigate the intricacies without issues. It is an awesome platform and tool.

  • Insurance procurement and processing
  • All related HR Tax matters
  • One RM would be good to have one human assigned to your account
  • Slack support channel
  • Other Reminder channels different than email
  • Allows me to focus on Value Add
  • Allows me to learn about HR/Admin specs in an easy way
  • Health Insurance savings on the PEO
Good follow up on cases. The chat is great! No issues on support. Always timely, great knowledge. Support has been great overall. The literature, FAQs are great as well.

Super easy for someone with limited HR/admin expertise
Well suited for all HR/Admin matters including regulation, benefits, taxes, admin, etc. It is a great platform
