Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
Run Powered by ADP is being used to process bi-monthly payroll and quarterly tax filings. They solve the problem of reporting discrepancies by taking 100% liability away from me.
- Resolves issues/answers questions quickly and efficiently - representatives make me feel valued
- Payments [are] always on time
- Good with reminders - lets me know when to process payroll, reminders on year-end to-do items, notices on tax law changes

- Taking on quarterly tax reporting liability saves us unnecessary penalty fees
QuickBooks Online duplicated, unclear reminders, did not clear tax payments in a timely manner, put payments out of order resulting in skewed year to date data, offered no tax support so when I noticed incorrect withholding they could not assist with a resolution. The difference with ADP is like night to day.
