Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I have not used any. We are a very small company and do not see the justification of paying for the HR feature, etc., at this point in time. When there was a free trial, I did utilize the HR features and they were extremely helpful.
We use it to submit payroll for our company. We are a small company so we use it across the whole organization. It is a huge help managing payroll, taxes, etc.
  • Easy to use and update.
  • ADP customer service is excellent.
  • Very intuitive
  • The message board does not delete properly.
  • Hard to understand what some of the messages on the message board mean or relate to.
  • Should be able to run reports over a span of a couple of years.
  • It allows us to not have to worry about tax issues, payroll, etc. so it has saved a large amount of time.
  • I wish the fees weren't as expensive as they are. They have continued to increase as well.
  • Employee Access has been very beneficial.
Employees love the fact that they can go into Employee Access and update and review their information. Very helpful for them to be able to download their W2 on their own. As I am also an employee, it is very convenient to be able to log in and download my paystub and review my account.
I chose ADP because of their reviews and their ability to explain everything. They also set us up very quickly during a time that we needed immediate access to payroll. We have not had any issues at all since.

I feel that it is very easy to use and can complete my payroll very quickly. It has been extremely helpful once I learned about General Ledger and integration with QuickBooks. Every time I have a question, customer service has always answered or handled it very quickly other than on one occasion.

Using RUN Powered by ADP®

2 - The only people in our organization that utilize RUN is the Owner/President and Operations Manager.
2 - The people required to support RUN in our organization are the ones who have access to payroll. That would be the owner/president as well as the operations manager.
