Review of ADP RUN

We don’t use any of the other features. I tried using the HR onboarding function, but the experience wasn’t what was conveyed so I canceled this service. Payroll processing is great, but other features aren’t worth it to me at this time.

We use RUN [Powered by ADP] for the entire organization. I find it very easy to use which is why we moved from our previous provider. We wanted a system that was not cumbersome for those who process payroll nor for our end-users. We also wanted users to have the ability to access their payroll records online.

Employees have the ability to log into their own accounts instead of coming to the HR team for items such as a copy of their paycheck and W-2s. We used to get requests for this all the time, but now staff can get their information at their convenience.
