We haven't used this feature.
We are a small business, that has grown tremendously over the past year. We've gone from 1 employee to 10. We selected RUN Powered by ADP® becuase of ease of use and the need to accurately and effeciently manage our tax whitholdings and payment process.
- Customer Service has been great. I had a fantastic experience in getting set up, and have had strong support from my account executive for any questions I have.
- Easy use of time clock for employees.
- Easy Adminstrative tasks for processing payroll.
- The fees are higher and more frequent than I would like.
- Improved productivity, as we are now able to better manage lunch breaks, and time our employees are in the shop working.
Employees have responded positively to having access to their paystubs, which we haven't had in the past.
