Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Integration with ZipRecruiter, HR HelpDesk (HR411) which is very useful. I used the Employee Handbook Wizard and used it to compare to our existing Handbook. It was very helpful.
HR 411, Time and Attendance, Payroll processing, tax forms.

I believe employees are able to access their own information and see their benefits. Employees are also able to administer their SIMPLE IRA plans.
I only use the mobile app to clock in and out for myself, as my administrator login is different from my employee login, and it is difficult to switch back and forth on the computer. I have received many error messages when trying to log in to 2 different accounts.

Payroll processing is simple to use, but I wish there was a place to upload and save a Payroll Memo that details all of the changes/differences for each payroll from previous payrolls, to include a change in Direct Deposit information for a specific employee, or a change to benefits deductions, a summary of PTO taken per employee, etc. Currently we are keeping a separate Payroll Memo in PDF that details this information.

A representative was able to help me with an issue and implement an automatic fix which saved me time when processing payroll. The issue was identifying a short or missed meal period. Normally I would identify, add a row to add the 1 hour premium pay. The representative was able to automate this for me where ADP can automatically add the 1 hour of premium pay. This saves me so much time.
At times it takes a few minutes to reach someone and sometimes the ADP automated voice prompt does not recognize my name when I say it. Also, sometimes I am forwarded to different departments and I have to explain my issue 2 or 3 times. It is hard to know whether it is an ADP Run/payroll processing issue versus an ADP Time and Attendance issue. Over the last year or so that I have called ADP, sometimes I am left on hold for a very long time.
