Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct organization-wide. It provides great reporting features that allow for very specific reports for each department.
- Great reporting. It allows for filtering and different views.
- Permissions and controls. It allows each user's permissions to be set individually, or at a group level. One report can hold different information based on who is viewing it.
- Accessibility. Being cloud-based, you can log in and work from anywhere.
- The user interface (Currently being reworked). It can be difficult to find what you are looking for or maybe buried in menus.
- Performance. Can be slow when trying to load 100 or more line items at once. Complicated reports can take a minute or two to be displayed.
- Customization. Many options selected during set up are not able to be changed after the fact.
- Check printing. Formatting check printing is limited to offset only. It was very difficult to make it work with our existing check stock, had to have support and engineering involved.
- Visibility. Allows for non-accounting/finance users to log in and view reports in real-time and allows them to drill down to source entries.
