Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We are utilizing Sage Intacct to reduce the man hours and key entry errors in our job cost and accounts payable systems. Paper copies are being replaced by digital images that are easily preserved for audits and invoicing.
  • Sage Intacct reduces the time/man hours it takes to process our credit card statements
  • Intacct saves on data entry errors with direct import of digital data from our bank and card management institutions
  • The realization of recovered time is a great asset to this company
  • Bank rec has been an issue but this has been addressed and the solution is being implemented
  • Cost reduction is always a top priority, so anything that could reduce the monthly cost burden would be great
  • Sage Intacct has returned functional work time by at least 4 days a month to the CFO, resulting in significant ROI and increased productivity in business operations.
  • The CFO and HR Director are recovering about 7 days a month to work on the business model and move the company forward. Prior to Intacct, these positions spent too much time keying data into the old software system and the business progress was put on the back burner.
It is elegant and easy to navigate.
So far it has been excellent.
The automation will improve transparency, productivity and accuracy. The ability to import data directly from the source is a tactical solution that our company really needed. We were hand keying data which resulted in key entry errors. This has a trickle down effect as the data is used for invoicing, and accounts payable. Coding disparity is another issue that is completely eliminated by this product.
We are not a global company however we are multi-entity and are looking at how Intacct can make a positive impact for our company.
We have a team working on the configuration. Our company is very complex with offices in various states.

We have not used Intacct in the past.
The ability to import files/data directly from financial institutions is a huge time saver as well as a way to eliminate hand keying errors.

Hi-Tech Usage

We have not experienced any growth due to using Sage Intacct. We have increased the efficiency of our admin staff creating an opportunity for them to spend some time working on ways to move the Company forward.
Dashboards are great to get a daily look at the company's financial status.
So far we are pleased with the system.

COVID-19 Updates & Changes

The system is easy to use and easy to implement
We have not had to transition to WFH. It is business as usual here.
