Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We are currently testing for implementation. It is being used by the accounting department to address control issues and taking care of manual processes.
  • Control between preparer and approver
  • Intercompany entries
  • When recurring invoices are generated, there should be an option to auto-create them in draft form so that reviewer can review before it hits the GL
  • Order entry module should not have the word "pending" for items that are posted to the GL
  • If an email address is wrong, there should be a fail status when we sent out the customer invoices. Currently, there is only a fail status if the email domain is wrong, not the email address itself
  • Faster financial reporting
Automation means we do not have to manually create financial statements.
Sage is well suited for protecting the integrity of data, compared to QB.
