Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We are using Sage Intacct as our primary financial tracking and reporting system. It is integrated with an industry specific ERP system to process invoices and track inventory. Although Sage Intacct has it's own inventory that would work for other needs it won't for ours. Sage Intacct's multi-entities and easy consolidations is a great benefit for anyone needing that functionality. One of the easiest accounting systems to learn and teach. It also has many business partners to integrate other automations with.
Pros
- Multi-Entities- no need to have multiple financial statements in Excel you can do it right in Sage Intacct.
- Reporting and dashboards-custom reports are easy to create.
- Customer support-quick response from a knowledgeable individual.
Cons
- Not a 3rd party AP Automation-OCR AP Bills-approval limit matrix.
- More ability to automate account statement and invoice follow-up.
- Multi-entity accounting-streamlines reports and no more manual intercompany entries.
- Little to no duplicate entry between the 2 systems we use.

We are currently looking into some other automations. Right now we use Expensify and it uploads beautifully. We also use Limelight but I was not involved.
