Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use it every day to record bills, store transactions, keep track of customers. It is only used by our accounting department. It is a very helpful tool that helps us keep track of everything. All the screens are easy to navigate and use.

The sage Intacct automation of core financial processes has helped our business by helping fill in certain details that previously had to be personally memorized or on another screen.
We do not use these financial capabilities.
My experience configuring the system was a positive one. Once I was trained in the system it is very easy to understand. I particularly enjoy the favorites star feature which lets me quickly get to my most-used tabs.

Must easier to understand, use and track many different things.
Sage Intacct is well suited [for] recording and keeping track of individual transactions. It could be better at tracking the IDs for Vendors and Customers.
