Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is being used by all our accountants across our company. It helps solves many problems, most of which are tracking customers who owe money.

Pros and Cons

Automatically assigns a new ID to the customer and vendor.
Track and list customers and vendors.
Record transactions.

Easier to reverse/delete transactions.
More accurate error messages.

Return on Investment

Helps track customers so that helped clear out Unreceivable Funds.
No negative impacts.

Sage Intacct Automation

I wouldn't say we've necessarily benefitted from it, but it is a nice feature to have everything easy to access.

Sage Intacct Extensibility

Not applicable to what we use Sage Intacct for.

It is a very easy system to configure to your liking. I especially like the different views you can have on each menu which helps me organize all the information the way I like. I also really like the Star Favorites which helps moving from my most used menus quicker.

QuickBooks Online

Sage Intacct is a much smoother program. Reports are more condensed with the information I'm looking for.

Likelihood to Recommend

Sage Intacct is very well suited for recording transactions, both individually as well as ones imported from an outside party. Where Sage Intacct is less appropriate is when you are trying to track what reports transactions go into.
