Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

AR invoicing and finance revenue with payments. Would love to know more about the automation ability, and interested in developing workflows for our non-profit ministries. My area handles all the incoming revenue and the importing data from our church database system has been challenging and not worth the time it takes to set-up the template.

  • Resolving issues with templates for AR.
  • Difficulty with having all modules we pay for without consulting partner.
Considering where our prior system was incapable of handling multi locations, Sage has been extremely useful. Ease of entry and ability to enter AR and AP. Support is expensive.
Financial capabilities so far as good with what we have needed.
We had a partner CLA help with implementation and setup.

I think Sage is easy to learn and understand. It's expensive for the average user so I could see that non-profits are not able to afford the packages needed.
