Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for all our accounting needs. We use it for AR, AP and Cash Management.
- Reporting is easy
- Accounts Payable is very easy to pull up paid invoices
- I like how easy it is to find answers to questions without having to call support.
- Accounts Receivable needs the ability to post a overpayment or advance to a customer without having to use advance payment option. Having to create a payment summary, than go to advances just to post a payment is time consuming.
- Accounts receivable needs the ability to search by last name.
- Our employees are able to access this from any where. Our previous system was server based and only accessible from the office computer.
We have benefited from Accounts Payable being able to talk to a 3rd party invoicing system to automatically input payables into Sage.
