Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct really streamlines the entire accounting experience, with most of the complexity being behind the scenes. It removes almost all possibility for error by having most of the complexity hidden in the form of vendors and accounts. This also drastically reduces the work load for those using it, since most of the information auto fills. It also makes all of your financial information centralized and easily accessible.

- Sage University helps but a lot of the videos are repetitive and overlap in information
- A better online help forum would be nice
- Difficult to move to sage and get everything organized
- Some information is hard to find
The automation of the general ledger is very nice because you don't need to update the information in every single place. A lot of the information can just be duplicated and auto filled with existing data within sage. Overall, it really just makes life so much easier.
