Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics

If you want to spend most of your day working your Salesforce reports into Excel for a limited understanding of what's happening in your pipeline, that is your prerogative. Unfortunately, the market isn't going to wait up for you. If you want instant insights of vast proportions so you can make immediate adjustments to your strategy, then you need look no further than InsightSquared. The product offers so much to both sales and marketing (it even helps you link your two departments) for an informed strategy that allows your team to respond to trends in the market and be proactive in reaching your sales and marketing goals. A great product all around that is still growing, InsightSquared is sure to uncover where your business needs lie and what you can do best to achieve results.

It's an intuitive tool that is visually oriented. It also caters more to marketers than other product offerings. Overall, it's a great tool for Salesforce users. My only recommendation is to make sure that your Salesforce processes are clear and adopted across your entire team.

It does the job for what you need it to. I love my dashboards and rely on them to track our pipeline, book values, and lead flow. Their user interface is easy to use, understand, and actionable. They work great for my monthly marketing reports. Easily accessible for any quick pipeline check in, they come in handy for planned meetings and on-the-spot data analysis.
The tool is appropriate for identifying deal count and size. It could be improved by allowing you to input your revenue goals and set quotas.
