Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

I am using SalesLoft as the one and only user, as I am the only inside sales and marketing person here. This is our first experience in a sales engagement tool. It has amazing visibility into engagement and measuring different subject lines and emails for engagement.

  • Sync with Salesforce
  • Support is heavily lacking
  • Errors with Outlook that no one seems to solve
  • Full dashboard metrics in Salesforce
  • Discrepancy in engagement numbers
  • Unable to export much of the info to Excel
  • Increased focus on most engaged leads
  • Increased efficiency on outreach
Not really, sadly. Early on in launch process was best.

At the time of demos, they were pretty similar. We chose SalesLoft because the onboarding process was more thorough and another employee had past (good) experience with SalesLoft.

I'm unsure who to recommend it to, as we are a smaller company, not asking a lot, and have had regular struggles, with no answers from SalesLoft.
