- Intelligent email campaign tracking mechanism - Gives us proper status of open, read , link clicked status etc, which helps us to retarget our prospect
- Customizable Sales progress tracking dashboards - Dashboards automatically fetches data from available data and we can also allow people to clone and edit it, which for my team is very useful.
- Almost zero Downtime - in last 2 years, it never happened that salesmate server was down.
- skype call log integration would be awesome in the future.
- Zoominfo integration in the future would be awesome.
- other language than English support can be useful too
- At the end of every year, we can analyze our sales data to check which are the best-performing customer domains to target.
- salesmate email campaign feature gave us huge ROI because of its tracking and retargeting feature
- salesmate calling feature is also the best because of its strong connectivity
