I use SAP Business Technology Platform as an end user. As a member of the procurement team. I perform multiple operations in SAP Business Technology Platform in my work. We use SAP Business Technology Platform for doing business with our suppliers by issuing them Purchase orders, publishing contract with them and usage for respective projects, performing Goods receipts for delivered items, raising webcycles for any invoice discrepancies, and responding in the same portal once resolved. Issuing purchase orders to suppliers with the same platform. Also, extracting different reports like open order reports, open gr reports, etc.

User interface is easy to learn
Easy to extract data with less processing time
New comers can work easily in this interface
Very less errors we get while using this interface

We had a few scenarios where in we face some problems in issuing purchase orders when we contact the support team, we get great support from them to resolve the problem in a very short period of time without any delays in project timelines.

SAP Business Technology Platform is the best user-friendly interface. Even new users can learn it easily. Issuing purchase orders, performing Goods receipts, and publishing contracts are some of the tasks in which it works very well. Extracting reports like open order reports are scenarios where it performs really well. Where in if we need to work on sensitive data, we need to use of filters where in SAP team has scope to improve.
