Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud Platform

We use it for SAP C/4 HANA to capture customer Visits by account managers, sustomers' geographical locations, competitors, etc. We also use it to create different call reports, and to get the customer master data from S/4 HANA using CPI. After implementing C/4 HANA Cloud, we were able to track the activities of all the account managers and keep them on their toes.
  • It can store all Master DATA.
  • It helps us in creating dynamic reports.
  • No headache of planning and upgrading, as all the upgrades are pushed by SAP, and we just have to test and validate things.
  • SAP Fiori apps on clouds are really slow.
  • Performance could be improved.
  • Separate cloud licenses are needed for different products, like in C/4 HANA we need a separate cloud license for sales, commercial, master data, etc. It would be nice if we could get everything on one platform.
  • It has a positive impact in terms of making delivery managers and account managers be responsible.

  • It can still be improved if SAP works on the performance side.
We do not have a lot of integrations, but yes, SAP C4 HANA is really helpful and it serves the purpose.
The only reason is that SAP is moving towards the Cloud, and SAP C/4 HANA has many features available on the cloud compared to the on-premise edition.
It's very helpful in capturing all master data and Transnational data from different ERP systems. It's easy to build different analytical reports from the Cloud. The hardest part is that the performance is very slow and has more connectivity issues. SAP advises using Chrome browser instead of Internet Explorer. Most of the time it solves the issue, but it's really frustrating to tell users to switch to different browsers
