Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

An easy way to capture travel expenses on the move, without the need to keep copies of Receipts and capture at a later date. Ensuring that I can submit my expenses quickly which in turn results in getting expense payments returned quickly. I like the ability to upload and scan receipt contents.

I feel that SAP Concur is a marketing leader in the expense management space, I find it very easy to use and don't feel daunted about keeping up with expense tracking. The automation powers are in advance of previous manual expense process followed in the past. So I greatly enjoy using Concur over anything I have used before.
SAP Concur sits as an independent solution outside of our Core ERP, as I am not in finance or accounting, I am not entirely sure of the back end integration between SAP Concur and our finance systems or ERP platform. So it is probably best if I assume it is stand alone.
Well obviously the automation capabilities make this a very easy product/ solution to use, so I think that it makes it a solution that helps your organisation to grow as it reduces manual effort for the employee as well as the accounts payable department who tend to be overwhelmed with expense claims process.
The user experience is very easy to use and a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. The easy manner in which you can scan receipts on your mobile phone camera, means that you do not need to capture expenses on a laptop which lends it itself to ease of use and a great user experience.

I travel internationally so being able to capture my travel receipts while on the road is a really useful and beneficial feature. I also do not need to keep a record of the receipts stuffed in my wallet, I can capture the expense and then throw them away without worrying about not recovering my expenses. One area of improvement is recognising the Supplier if not very clear on the receipt.
