Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal Reports
We have been using Crystal Reports for development of reports for over a decade. We use it to build reports into our database products such as EasyPay and Rock Loans. We also develop a wide range of payroll, HR, accounting and other management reports for businesses based in Gibraltar. It's a great tool for the easy development of WYSIWYG reports, which integrates with a wide range of data sources. We recommend it to all the businesses we work with.

Crystal Reports has been established longer and has a larger user base with more comprehensive support materials. It supports a wide range of data sources and different scenarios. We have had little need to switch to a different reporting tool since we adopted it.
