We use SAP Customer Data Solutions to centralize the identity management of an organization with around 8,000 active customers for B2C and B2B commerce sites in the cloud and to be able to access all their information from different systems using a single component and centralized registration flows.

- Out of the box integration with SAP Commerce Cloud.
- User consents management.
- Centralized customer data repository.
Cons
- The management console was not very user friendly for end customers.
- The integration component with SAP Commerce had some bugs at the beginning.
