Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA

Within the company, IT finance, developers and central testing groups all use SAP HANA as an ERP to manage most aspects of our business. We use classical ERP functionality as well as data and analytics.
  • High level of integration between processes.
  • Broad basic support from SAP for compliance and regulatory changes around the world.
  • Fast response time.
  • Painful integration with other purchased products which are not SAP certified.
  • Unstable and frequently changing product roadmaps.
  • Slow support when bugs or problems emerge.
  • We have been able to decommission several legacy IT solutions.
SAP is often slow to respond when we identify certain scenarios they do not cover.

It is well suited for standard business processes which do not generate competitive advantages. However, it is quite a bit more expensive and less value compared to best of breed solutions from other companies.
