Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA
Within the company, IT finance, developers and central testing groups all use SAP HANA as an ERP to manage most aspects of our business. We use classical ERP functionality as well as data and analytics.
- High level of integration between processes.
- Broad basic support from SAP for compliance and regulatory changes around the world.
- Fast response time.
- Painful integration with other purchased products which are not SAP certified.
- Unstable and frequently changing product roadmaps.
- Slow support when bugs or problems emerge.
- We have been able to decommission several legacy IT solutions.
We have seen reduced hosting costs as well as improved performance.
We have recently implemented some Core Data Services. These have drastically improved performance for complicated scenarios.
