Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

It has empowered our users truly. We have been able to streamline and standardize our business processes and at the same time improve our user experience

While it’s good overall, there is also room for improvements and the technology will settle down eventually
We have been able to design our HR business processes, time off processes, data privacy related tasks based on compliance standards and localization available within SF
We have been using on prem for a very long time before moving to SF
