Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use Success Factors as our system of record for 8,000+ employees. The system is a great way to maintain data from an employee’s recruitment to their retirement.

Pros

  • Store Employee Data
  • Provide easy to use reporting
  • Interface with some of the most popular systems like ADP

Cons

  • The system is being upgraded to add more ways to analyze data
  • More customizable views for employees when they access the system
  • Improved HRs performance tracking, behaviors, and improved day to day tasks
We have been able to acquire companies over seas and provide the same support to those employees as we do those here in the US
Easy to use and supports the business well
No, we don’t have EC Payroll. We were already established on ADP when we implemented SAP
Easier to use
Easier for self service tasks and training
It’s the best overall and we have a great working relationship

Implanted full suite. The only thing we don’t have through SAP is payroll
it went well and we have had the suite for almost 10 years
it’s been much easier to report out that we’ve met our metrics
we have maintained a great working relationship and utilize the system as our system of record
All processes can be improved, but this one is great.

it covers everything you need
Yes, most errors we get are related to things like I-9 processing, which go through other systems
the only drawback we have is slow to load story reports

Integrating SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We have many functional interfaces. it takes a lot of work to integrate

Many interfaces and months of IT work. we are still testing in our preview environment to ensure everything is correct
  • Payroll
We hope to move forward from ADP to EC Payroll
