Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Pros
- Store Employee Data
- Provide easy to use reporting
- Interface with some of the most popular systems like ADP
Cons
- The system is being upgraded to add more ways to analyze data
- More customizable views for employees when they access the system
- Improved HRs performance tracking, behaviors, and improved day to day tasks
We have been able to acquire companies over seas and provide the same support to those employees as we do those here in the US
