Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it to manage our associate data and few HR contingent workers. We use the full suite with the exception of payroll & benefits.
  • Organize data into separate modules
  • Intuitive & user friendly
  • Secure
  • Onboarding 1.0 makes rehires difficult to process as it creates a new file id
  • Data syncing is not always seamless
  • There shouldn't be multiple ways to change data as it makes it confusing for our testers (ex. take action button vs. pencil button)
  • Fewer HR associates to support HR functions as self service made it easy
  • Integrate with other systems
  • SCPI is a robust tool
Not sure if we're using all available APIs/connectors to integrate with other systems yet. Integration into WFS works well.
It was a tight timeline and we had a lot of issues post-implementation in regards to integrations. Took some time to learn & resolve them.

Very user-friendly. Easy to navigate. Intuitive, making self service easy. Modules are nicely organized.
