As our organization SAP success factor use employee time sheet, employee life cycle, benefits and compensations. Also use for leave management, HR policies, organization chart, rewards and reorganization. Internally use for appreciation of other colleagues. Travel and other expenses reimbursement uses. Learning and development also utilizes through SAP success factor. So it beneficial for us.
  • Leave management of self and team is very well, we can check subordinates timing and leave status in a single clicks.
  • Training and development corner is very helpful to us, we can self register and also assign to subordinates.
  • We can check our organization chart structure. It is helpful to connect them.
  • HR policies easily available to access.
  • Inbuilt competencies selection should be there, It will help to easy out during performance review.
  • Training and other activities can to provided in graphical design.
  • There can be a option of email and contact number directory.
  • In terms of ROI I can say it is worthy to save time and multiple management in single portal.

Customization options and scalable solutions perfectly aligned with our growth stages, greatly enhancing our HR operational capabilities. Now a days It is very helpful to our routine tasks and feels familiar with this software.
SAP success factor is better than other's because I has all the features where is should be. It has employees leave, performance, trainings, personal data, Time sheet, reimbursements. All approval shows on front of the dashboards. Ease of understand and operating. Easy access and recover if we forgot credentials of login.

I prefer to maximum because the ease of access and work. Interface is too much simple, anybody can understand. It makes our work easier. Earlier software we use was not have too much feature in. Managing your goals is very easy if you want to change or improvement. Succession planning part can be improved.
